- How do I cancel?
- Open the Billing page in your dashboard and choose Manage billing. It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel.
- How do I set up lead tracking?
- Open Leads in your dashboard. It shows a short script to paste before the closing body tag on your website, and a webhook address for form tools that can call one. Leads counted from the script include where the visitor came from. Webhook leads are counted but have no referrer.
- Where do I find my audit and weekly report?
- In your dashboard under SEO and AI audit. The audit runs weekly, and the first one starts when you first open that page.
- Why can't ChatGPT or Perplexity see my site?
- The usual causes are a robots.txt rule that blocks their search crawlers or a firewall setting that turns them away. Our free AI crawler checker shows which one it is on your site.
- How do I ask for my data to be deleted or exported?
- Write to hello@seo-automate.app from the email on your account. The privacy policy explains what we hold.
