Terms of service

The service

Nightcrop provides SEO and AI-search services: a named strategist, research, drafted content, audits and reports for your website. These terms apply when you use the website, the free tools or a paid plan. By signing up or using them you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be able to form a binding agreement for your business, and the information you give us must be accurate.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including people you invite to it.
• Only connect websites and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Plans and billing

• Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are taken through Stripe.
• You can cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Write to hello@seo-automate.app about a charge you think is wrong or about a refund.
• We may change prices or plans with notice before your next billing period.

Your content and what we produce

You keep the rights to the material you give us. As between you and us, you own the posts and other content we generate for your account and may use it as you wish, subject to any rights third parties hold in material that appears in it.

Content is generated with AI models and similar text may be produced for other customers. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for confirming that it is accurate and suitable for your business. We run checks and a strategist reviews each piece, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is correct.

No promise of results

Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show, and we do not control them. We do not promise any ranking, citation, traffic or number of leads. Figures in reports and free tools, such as estimated traffic, come from third-party data and are estimates.

Connected systems

When you connect Search Console, Webflow, WordPress, GitHub or another system, you authorize us to use it for your plan, and that system's own terms apply to your use of it. You can disconnect it at any time. If a third party changes or removes access, part of the service may stop working until it is fixed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service or the free tools to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• publish content that is deceptive, harmful or abusive;
• probe, overload or get around the limits of the service, including the rate limits on the free tools;
• check or crawl sites you have no right to check in a way that harms them.

Lead tracking

If you add our tracking snippet or webhook to your website, you are responsible for telling your visitors what is collected and for any consent that the laws that apply to you require.

Free tools

The free tools are provided as they are, may be limited or changed, and give estimates and snapshots, not guarantees.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if continuing would put the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell account holders about significant changes by email, and using the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@seo-automate.app. These terms were last updated October 24, 2026.
